Their service has been consistently outstanding, and every technician who’s visited has been knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. Ms. April at the main office has been incredibly communicative and helpful throughout — a real asset to their team. What impresses me most is the “mom and pop” feel they maintain, despite being part of a larger corporation. It’s rare to find that level of personalized care paired with such operational scale. The Lawn Doctor representative answered my questions concerning my lawn. He was courteous and knowledgeable about lawn care. After putting down fertilizer and weed killer he left a receipt with the description of the work that was done for that day. I like that so, I can share this information with my husband. Our grass is thick like carpet and stayed green all fall and winter for 2023. Neighbors have commented, “Your grass looks like carpet.” Before trying Lawn Doctor, our grass was thin, brown and weed infested. ~ Michele H

Hate to admit it, but once I turned over the lawn treatments to the Doctor, my grass has never looked better. I had been doing it myself for about 20 years, and did a good job.
